How Food Consciousness Energises You

Last two decades have seen an enormous change in our lifestyles, behaviors, work-styles and the way we manage our lives on a daily basis. Even though we today attend to the minutest details of our lives to cope up with the fast changing and evolving world around, we pay little or no attention to our eating styles, eating behaviors and quality and quantities of food we EAT.

It is now acknowledged globally that what and how much we eat deeply impacts our physiology as well as our emotional and spiritual being. Numerous researchers reveal food quality brings huge biochemical changes which can severely affect your brain and alter your consciousness dramatically. Various kinds of foods have been found to create imaginary fears and even hallucinations?

It is astonishing to know how the foods you eat can have such a powerful effect—both positive and negative—on your brain. There is a direct connection between one’s state and what one eats. People are not aware or rather educated about the fact that their diet deeply impacts their state of mind and their consciousness is just the actual implementation of their physiological health.

The Neurotransmitters and hormones responsible for one’s moods and state of being are directly correspondents to the nutritional intake, as well as the level of toxins that are present in one’s system.  You are definitely what you eat and if you’re eating dead chemical filled junk, you will feel like that only.

In times of stress, people often use food for emotional comfort. This approach is understandable based on the challenges of everyday life. There are more balanced, long-term ways of creating natural states of harmony through cleansing and dietary choice.

But we no longer choose our food keeping in mind the food tradition, its health sustenance quotient and the pleasure derived from it. Instead, ‘good food’ is defined by numerous, often conflicting sources — from the Food Authorities and doctors to fad diets and industrial food companies. Most of them encourage us to focus on isolated factors in our diets rather than on a broader view of food. This leads to chronic uncertainty about what to eat.

Foods that truly nourish

A ‘high vibrational diet’ consists of foods that are ALIVE and that positively benefit the person, as well as the planet as a whole. High vibration means having more light, and thus less density.  Plants exemplify this by photosynthesizing light into energy. But it is not easy to define a perfect, “highest vibrational diet” for everybody to follow. At this stage, it has become necessary to more fully rely on one’s own intuition in combination with the experts and science one resonates with. We all are unique in such different ways and means that there is no one ‘right diet’. Whatever food we eat has a specific vibration and global reverberation to it. It is we who have to chalk out what is good or bad for us. We have to ourselves become self-empowered and self-aware about our own highest good.

When it comes to our food well being, purification focuses on improving our consciousness regarding the substances we eat. This focus is reflected in our diet, in our habits of self-care, and in our determination to not ingest or use toxic substances that are not in harmony with the natural functioning of our physical organism.

Following steps can help you raise your vibration through diet

One of the most important keys to raising vibration through diet is building up good thoughts around it. Thoughts are vibration. Be kind to yourself and be grateful to nature for your food and it makes a big difference.

  • Be positive while you eat and feel appreciative for this natural wonderful energetic exchange.
  • Everyone on the planet today has a myriad of toxins in their body including parasites, pesticides, heavy metals, radiation, parabens, fluoride, putrefying undigested foods, and calcium phosphate, etc. Many of these things have the ability to dictate your thoughts. The most important thing you can do is to Detox and Cleanse the system so you can hear what your body craves, and how much more satisfied it feels with less.
  • Nature gifted our foods that are full of life and should be consumed in a raw state. When food is cooked, its natural state, vibration, nutrient content and vitality changes.
  • Preserving Food for longer shelf-life using a number of chemical additives, preservatives also toxifies foods which diminish the raw quality of food.Avoid Eating preserved foods.
  • The more natural organic and higher quality foods we consume, the higher the light and the vibrancy will be. The vibration of food is derived from the energy it was created with. The vitality of a wild herb found in a remote forest is going to have a very different energy than a non-organic herb grown commercially.

Healthy and high-quality organic foods make a big difference to our energy states. There are other things as well that one can incorporate into one’s lifestyle to increase and enhance one’s vibration such as conscious breathing, movement, dancing, quality time spent in natural surroundings, meditation. Food, when eaten with love and empathy, brings you inner peace and raises your inner consciousness. Food is the best healer when eaten in the right proportion and in a right manner.

The most important thing in shifting to a higher vibrational diet is to be kind to yourself. Self-love and appreciation will allow any shame or self-sabotage to dissolve which will empower you to take steps in a new direction. Many of the dietary decisions we make are due to jobs, relationships or lifestyles that are not in alignment with our natural selves.

Let’s become aware of the choices that lead to these decisions and see what beliefs we can change to enable us to lead a more healthy and holistic life.
